There are a lot benefits of collaboration, more ideas often means better ideas. Great minds think alike. Working together also means discussing and understanding things together, it gives us different perspectives, more to think about. It’s great for us all to get a better understanding of the subject when working together.
When working in a group, it is all determined by who your group is made up of. If they work together well, or even work together at all. Sometimes working with others isn’t the best way to benefit yourself, some people enjoy working alone. Some don’t enjoy working at all. It truly depends on the person, although I enjoy working with others some may not. Everyone is different.

ReplyDeleteHey girlfriend. I like how you said groups is all determined by who it is made up of. If they work together well then the job gets done. That is why it is important to be open minded to different ideas when working in groups. If everyone has the same mind set then it works great. But that is hard to find sometimes but we can at least hope for it! :)
